We generally slot ourselves into shapes and sizes and name us differently. Some are broad, some are skinny and some are just fit. Body composition is liberating because it gives you something to focus on in a good way. No matter what the weighing scale says, if you are in a healthy body range you are all good to go. Your body goals depend on your life goals. Let us say if you are an athlete you should have less body fat and you should be very fit but one thing you always need to remind yourself or someone who is going bizarre over the weight loss topic is that zero is not always good.

Women generally have more fats than men because of the functions their physique must follow such as to grow reproductive tissues and more. The body fat ranges for women about 14% to 30% and for men 6% to 25%. I feel lucky but unlucky too, don’t you? Let us talk about the body types now:

1.Ectomorph

This body type tends to be long-limbed and not particularly muscular. They can be skinny fat which means you are relatively low weight or small yet you have high body fat.

Ectomorphs are the body type that is most resistant to weight gain because of a fast metabolism, are you not lucky? Let me put it in this way, ectomorphs are often able to overeat while gaining a little or even no weight. People blessed with this body type have a little observable fat and light muscles and some may also have a small frame. Bless your genetics now.

 

2.Mesomorph

This body type is super-easy to build muscle mass and are generally proportionally built.

Mesomorphs can lose and gain weight easily, already jealous? They can build up muscles quickly and usually boast an upright posture. This physique type tends to have a long torso and short limbs. Women with this frame type are strong and athletic (clap for yourself ladies). Mesomorphs excel in explosive sports like power and speed. They have a higher percentage of fast-twitch fibers and will gain muscle mass more quickly than other frame types. If you are this body type you must hit HIIT workouts.

3.Endomorph

This physique type is softer and rounder and tends to store fat easily.

I am so unhappy to say this but this is me, this is real, but if you have goals and you know how to achieve them then never let anything stop you. People with these frame type tend to gain weight so quickly, it is not a happy feeling. These people need to keep a regular check on their body fat and the most difficult thing to do for them is to digest the fact of gaining weight quite easily. The type of metabolism these people have is not so forgiving, but that doesn’t mean you are destined to be overweight if I can do it so can you.

You need to be more careful about what you eat and regular workout must be your main thing.
